Having asthma can present lots of challenges. You might have to be careful about where you go (like smoky places) or avoid things you like, such as family pets. Still, there's one thing you do not have to do - and that's deal with asthma all by yourself.

Sometimes, though, what you may need is another person with asthma to share stories, tips or feelings with. You can meet people just like this here. While they come from all walks of life, they all have one thing in common - they've learned that when asthma is well-controlled, it's easy to get on with the real business of living.
