Pollen season is here, and did you know that most people with asthma also have hay fever?  When it is not well controlled, hay fever can worsen asthma and may trigger serious or life-threatening attacks. This can increase your exposure and trigger symptoms. Instead, try drying laundry indoors or using a tumble dryer during peak pollen season. When it is not well controlled, hay fever can worsen asthma and may trigger serious or life-threatening attacks. Showering and changing clothes as soon as possible can help remove pollen and reduce symptoms.
