A.C.T. on Asthma this Asthma Awareness Month

At Asthma Canada, we’re dedicated to helping the 4.6 million Canadians living with asthma lead healthy, symptom-free lives. But right now, 1 in 2 people with asthma in Canada have uncontrolled asthma—and many don’t even realize it. That means millions are living at risk of serious health issues, emergency room visits, and limitations in their daily lives.

This Asthma Awareness Month, we’re asking you to take action and A.C.T. on Asthma.

Here’s how you can A.C.T.:

A – Assess your asthma
Start by using our brand-new Asthma Self-Check. It only takes a few minutes and will help you understand whether your asthma is truly under control.

C – Claim your free Asthma Control Pack
We’ve created a free Asthma Control Pack filled with helpful tools, information, and resources to support your asthma management journey.

T – Talk to your doctor
Bring your Self-Check results to your next appointment. Having an informed conversation with your healthcare provider is a key step in taking control of your asthma.
