By joining Team Asthma Canada, you’ll play a crucial role in our mission to support these individuals in managing their condition and improving their quality of life through dedicated research, advocacy, and education initiatives.

Meet our Team Leader: Josh Rheaume

This year, Team Asthma Canada will be proudly led by the Asthma Runner, Josh Rheaume (@the.asthma.runner) who has used running to redefine his relationship with asthma and successfully completed the TCS Waterfront Marathon last year. Read Josh’s full story to learn more about his inspiring journey

What you’ll get as part of Team Asthma Canada:

  • An Asthma Canada T-shirt
  • Support from your fellow Team Canada members, including Josh Rheaume, through a dedicated WhatsApp group
  • The opportunity to meet your fellow Team Canada members before the events at our dedicated meeting spot
  • If you raise $250 on top of your registration fee, Asthma Canada will reimburse your registration fee (amount differs depending on which run you are participating in either 5K-$60, Half Marathon-$140, Marathon $175)

In return, you’ll need to:

  • Rasie a minimum fundraising target of $250
  • Post at least two social media posts mentioning Asthma Canada to raise awareness that you are participating and to raise funds
