Using an air purifier with a HEPA filter and regularly cleaning surfaces can also help reduce pollen that makes its way indoors.  Pollen season is here, and did you know that most people with asthma also have hay fever?  When it is not well controlled, hay fever can worsen asthma and may trigger serious or life-threatening attacks.
