Pollen season is here, and did you know that most people with asthma also have hay fever?  When it is not well controlled, hay fever can worsen asthma and may trigger serious or life-threatening attacks. Keeping hay fever under control is an important part of managing asthma and staying well.  For our “Eight Tips for People Living with Asthma & Hay Fever This Pollen Season”: LINK IN STORY.

Showering and changing clothes as soon as possible can help remove pollen and reduce symptoms.
