In our most recent letter to community members, we In our most recent letter to community members, we included two special items. The first was a Christmas ornament for our community to display at home as a gesture of appreciation for their continued support. The second was an ornament that could be returned to us for display in our office. Many members wrote the names of loved ones who are living with asthma, as well as those who have tragically lost their lives to it. From all of us at Asthma Canada, thank you to everyone who took part and to all who have generously contributed to our Holiday Appeal. Your support means so much to our organization and to the asthma community across the country.

Today is #GivingTuesday, and this year we’re hopin Today is #GivingTuesday, and this year we’re hoping 100 generous donors will step up to support kids living with #asthma. Across Canada, more than 900,000 children are navigating life with this chronic condition. Asthma keeps kids home from school, sends families to the ER far too often, and adds stress to everyday moments that should be easy. Your support genuinely matters. It helps provide the education, resources, and guidance that keep children safer, healthier, and able to just be kids. Let’s make this a day of generosity that truly changes lives. Donate now though our website (link in story).
Tomorrow is #GivingTuesday — a day when generosity Tomorrow is #GivingTuesday — a day when generosity takes centre stage. For children living with asthma, that generosity truly matters. Across Canada, families are facing growing barriers: rising medication costs, limited access to care, and fewer resources in rural and low-income communities. Your donation is more than dollars.
🔹It’s safety for a child struggling for their next breath.
🔹It’s hope for families praying for tomorrow.
🔹It’s a chance to build a future where no one fears the simple act of breathing. Donate now and make a real difference this #GivingTuesday (link in story). #asthma
