This morning, Asthma Canada was privileged to be j This morning, Asthma Canada was privileged to be joined by people living with asthma and professionals working across Nova Scotia for our Nova Scotia Asthma Policy Workshop. Throughout the session, we discussed key issues impacting Nova Scotians living with asthma — including diagnosis, management, and treatment. Common themes emerged that reflect what we’ve heard across the country: challenges in accessing spirometry testing, specialist care, and education and support. We’re grateful to all who took part in this important discussion. Your insights will help shape our ongoing work to improve asthma care and outcomes across Canada. We look forward to sharing the workshop findings in the coming months.
